Build a free link-in-bio page

One link for every profile you have. Add your photo, a short description, the buttons you want people to click and your social icons, then publish it at your own uitly.io address.

Free forever. A Uitly account takes about thirty seconds.

A real Uitly bio page, yours takes a couple of minutes.

Features

Simple on purpose

Live preview

See the finished page beside the editor as you type. What you preview is exactly what publishes.

Light & dark themes

Two themes and five accent colours, so the page fits your brand without any design work.

Built mobile-first

Almost all bio-page traffic comes from a phone, so that is the size it is designed for.

Publish instantly

Toggle publish and the page is live at your own address. Unpublish just as fast whenever you like.

How to

Publish your page in three steps

  1. 1

    Add your details

Upload a photo, add your name, a headline and a short description of what you do.

  2. 2

    Add your links

Link buttons for the things you want people to click, plus social icons for your profiles.

  3. 3

    Publish and share

Choose your address, hit publish, and put the link in every profile you have.

Making a bio page people actually click

A bio page has one job: get a visitor from your profile to the thing you want them to see, in as few taps as possible. Everything else is decoration.

Put the most important link first

Most visitors tap within the first screenful or leave. Whatever matters most this month, a launch, a booking page, a newsletter, belongs at the top, and everything else can wait below it.

Keep the list short

Three to six buttons is the sweet spot. A list of fifteen links is a decision, and decisions make people close the tab. Rotate links in and out as your priorities change rather than letting the list grow forever.

Write labels that describe the destination

“Read this week's issue” beats “Newsletter”. “Book a 20-minute call” beats “Contact”. Say what happens after the tap and more people take it.

Use a real photo

A face, yours or your logo, is what tells a visitor they are in the right place. Square images crop best; anything around 400 by 400 pixels is plenty.

Track what happens next

Point your buttons at Uitly short links rather than raw URLs and you will see exactly which ones earn their place, right alongside your bio page views in the dashboard.

Bridge the offline gap

Generate a QR code for your bio page and put it on a business card, a market stall sign or the last slide of a talk. One square covers every profile you have.

FAQ

Bio page questions

What is a link-in-bio page?

It is a single page that collects everything you would otherwise want to link to. Social platforms usually allow one link in your profile, so you point that one link at a page that holds all the others.

Is the bio page generator free?

Yes, completely. You need a free Uitly account to create and publish a page, but there is no charge and no limit on how often you edit it.

Can I use my own domain?

Not in this version. Pages live at uitly.io/b/your-name. Custom domains are on the list of features we may add later.

How many links can I add?

Up to thirty per page, split however you like between link buttons and social icons. In practice, fewer and better-chosen links get more clicks than a long list.

Can I unpublish a page without deleting it?

Yes. Turn off the publish toggle and the page stops being visible to visitors while everything you built stays saved in your dashboard.

Do bio pages get found on Google?

Published pages are crawlable and carry proper titles, descriptions and structured data. That said, a bio page is mainly a destination for traffic you send it, not a way to rank for competitive search terms.
